Director & Head InstructorManouchehr Okhovat has over 13 years of experience as a dermatologist assistant and cosmetic laser specialist. He has served as director and head instructor at BC Medical Clinic, specializing in cosmetic laser and skin care training. He is a certified instructor through the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC).
